This project is for four townhouses in the Museum District of Richmond, Virginia. The townhouses were designed to emulate and relfect the local neighborhood character while increasing the size of the house by the addition of a full third floor. The houses each have 1st floor internal garages and private elevators to reach the roof deck above the third floor.
The design was praised by authorities for the sympathetic addition to a historic neighborhood.
