Currently under way, this master plan is for a large parish in Northern Virginia which has multiple buildings on its campus that need expansion.
The parish consists of an 800-seat church, rectory, former convent and a K-8 school of 225 students which have all reached capacity. The master plan provides a campus master plan to evaluate the best options to pursue to expand and reorganize the campus. The plan was completed after a thorough survey, documentation and analysis phase, a draft program review and the drafting of a final master plan.
